I tend to lose sight of what’s truly important when I put too much emphasis on my relationship with Christ, and not enough focus on the fact that because I have a relationship with Him, I am to love others and live like He did.

I think it is selfish if we are the main focus of our relationship with Jesus. Its not about me. Its about Him.

Saw the hillsong documentary tonight. While my brain was focused on trying to absorb everything, my heart ached in realization/conviction.

There are so many in need. So much that needs to be done. So many to love.

We have such a limited time here on earth. We need to dump out the idea of “its all about me”. We need to get out there and love. If we truly love others like God calls us to, I think everything else will fall into place.

Love never fails.
