Christianity.
To be a radical Christian, is not so much to be weird or “different” at all. We radicals are not what you would call “extremists” but quite simply, we are ordinary. We’ve gone back to the simple way of life that God is calling each and every one of us to.
There really is no true Christian that isn’t radical. You’re either a radical or not. To be radical, in the historic sense of the word, means to be rooted. And that’s just what we Christians are. Rooted in Christ. Our hearts planted in His plan for us.
We are called to be radical. To be rooted. To shove away the temptations of the world that might take us captive, while staying rooted in Christ.
Colossians 2:6-8
So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world rather than on Christ.
